I’m on the search for a professional, responsible lodger who would like to make use of my spare room. I’m reasonably quiet but more than happy to socialise too.

I have a cat who is quite friendly but not too intrusive, but happy to accept any fuss given. I occasionally smoke (strictly outside only) - if you do too I would expect the same to apply.

I’m a 36 year old gay singleton. I work full time, and enjoy swimming, walking and theatre in my spare time along with going out with friends.

Facilities and amenities of the house include:

- bi-weekly cleaner (included in cost)
- space on driveway
- BT infinity broadband
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- decent size garden with patio and chairs
- dedicated cupboard and fridge & freezer space for food etc (you would be welcome to use any kitchen equipment and utensils etc)
- Shelf in bathroom cabinet
- additional spare room you can use to store some excess 'stuff' if you need it
- outside storage space for a bike etc if required
- shared use of lounge
-all utility bills and council tax included
