1 Bedroom Apartment in grounds of country house

We have a newly converted, stand alone, one bedroom apartment in the grounds of a country house at Start Hill, which is on the B1256 between the Bishop's Stortford M11 junction and Takeley. It is newly decorated and comes with most furnishings and white goods. The rent we are quoting includes council tax, electricity, water and sewage charges and internet. It comes with a dedicated off-road parking space and is alarmed. We only want to let this to a single person and an older tenant would be preferred. No deposit is required, but rent is payable two months in advance.
