Double Room in an Idyllic location

I'm a 35 year old male, have been living on my own for a year and have now decided it would be nice to have company in the house, I love to cook and walk the gorgeous countryside when not at work or in London.

Bright double room with lovely views on to the canal, fully furnished with new bed. Already contains a large cupboard and wardrobe, more furniture can be moved in if needed. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Large private garden, off street parking, 3rd room can be used by guests and nice walks straight out of the front door, pub only 300m away. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Cleaner currently once every 2 weeks but will increase this to every week probably.

My puppy is 14 months old, quiet but energetic. She's not allowed upstairs or on the sofa.
