Lovely room available for rent in my home in centre of Tring town!

The house is a 4 bed, 4 story large property with high ceilings and full of character. There is a separate dining room as as well as dining area in the kitchen. Two lounge areas, one in the basement with space for exercise/yoga. Both feature large comfy sofas and TV.’s. The garden is paved and has a hot tub, garden furniture and gas bbq. There is only parking for one extra car, but house is situated right on the high street next to amenities so could suit someone without a car. There is parking on the street too.

There are two dogs and a cat residing here too so animal lovers only🐶🐱🐶!

Lastly there is also a fitted office with an additional seating area (I work from home) for occasional home working.

Furniture changes/extras can be discussed.

I will reside in the home too, so max 3 people under the roof. If you are serious and would like to discuss and have a look please get in touch. Rent will include bills and weekly cleaner.
