Double bedroom with own lounge, bathroom & parking

Firstly, I have two very friendly cats who will be sharing the house with us so if you are not keen on cats this probably isn’t for you!

You have a double bedroom with an additional bedroom for your exclusive use as a lounge/study in my conveniently situated 4 bed detached home in Tring.

The family bathroom with bath and power shower would be mostly for your own use although occasional use of the bath by arrangement would be appreciated.

The bedroom has a large wall mounted TV, double ottoman bed with storage under, large chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. New duvet and pillows provided.

Your lounge has a sofa, desk with comfortable chair, coffee table, TV and a large wardrobe with drawers and hanging. A desk and floor lamp make the room feel cosy.

We would share the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is well equipped with double oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Marble worktops and breakfast bar with stools, sofa and a TV make this a pleasant sociable space.

The garden has just been landscaped and is my pride and joy. You are welcome to enjoy the garden which has 3 seating areas, a relaxing water feature and is fully lit for a dramatic nighttime effect.

You have your own driveway parking space.

There is plenty of room in my 4 bedroom detached home for us both to have our own space (I have my own lounge) without getting on top of one another.

Very conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the Robin Hood pub and Tring High Street. From here you can catch a bus to Tring Station (or walk it in 35mins), to Aylesbury or Berkhamsted. London Euston is 35-40 minutes on the train and the M25 is a 20 minute drive.

Tring is surrounded by beautiful countryside, canals, reservoirs and woods.

All bills are included- council tax (Band F) utilities, TV license and broadband.

I would prefer someone who goes out to work every day rather than someone who will WFH.
