Double room overlooking garden.

The house is in a quiet Close location with ample parking outside the house & no passing traffic. It is a 10 minute walk to the high street & a 5 minute drive to Tesco's. The buses run past the house on the main road with stops nearby. The room overlooks a big rear garden which gets the sun all day. I am offering a double room with use of the kitchen & bathroom which is right next to the room. . The dining room end of the through lounge is available if you wish to take your meals at the table & this is absolutely no problem at all. This is not offered as a house-share & i am not looking for a house-mate although of course it is most important for us to get along. I do have a small dog who is a friendly 4 year. old Cockapoo who will not be permitted to enter your room or infringe on your stay here. I can provide photos of the room if requested.
The non smoking rule is an absolute hard & fast condition of your stay - even if you are a smoker away from my home I’m afraid I will not let the room to you as the smell carries through & I have a chest condition which is severely aggravated by the smell.
Apart from that one thing I’m easy going & have always got on well with my previous lodgers. The room is available to view from Friday 28th May 21 but I still have a few things to do in the room due to redecoration so it’s not available for rent until 15th June 21.
