Spare room in rural location.

I have just broke up with my partner and although I can afford the rent on my own, it would be nice to find someone I get on with to move in and help out with the bills and rent.

I am a dog trainer. I have 4 dogs myself and i have clients dogs staying with me however only 1 or 2 are usually in the house. Dogs are welcome however if it is going to be a problem with my dog, it won’t work.

The house sits alone in the middle of a farmers fields with no neighbours nearby. The house isn’t super energy efficient and is quite old so I expect it to be quite cold in the winter and expensive to heat however there is a log burner in the living room. You get your own bathroom too but it’s at the opposite end to your room. It’s a 3 bedroom house I have an en-suite and you can have the two bedrooms and separate bathroom.

Bills come to about £500 a month electric, council tax and water. It is oil heated so oil must be purchased seperatley from the other bills, and there is also a septic tank but this only needs emptying once every 2 years.

This is a very unique house and living arrangement but it’s honestly the most peaceful place I’ve ever lived, it has its cons but I think the location and the sights in the morning and evening far outweigh the cons!
