About Us - My name is Becky and I am 40. I am the owner of the house and have been living here for 6 years. I rent out my two spare double rooms to young professionals. I am a project manager and property developer and work from home.
My tenant Vanessa is a 26 year old professional. We are all at home in the evenings & weekends and often listen to music together and hang-out. We also go out for food and drinks and attend bars/parties/festivals on the weekends and have BBQs in the summer.
We are looking for the right person to join our home and be part of our little 'family.' We are quiet during the weekend and are both very work focused, but like to let our hair down on the weekends.
Unfortunately this room is not suitable for couples or for shift workers. Partners are allowed to visit.
