Double Room near Station

Large double room for single occupant in shared house. Available end september. Previous tennant stayed 4 years is leaving mid september. Neatly decorated with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Door has lock outside and latch inside. Bills and internet are included in rent subject to fair use. One bathroom upstairs shared by all with shower/bath. Additional WC on ground floor. Myself and partner live on site with loft bedroom and have private rooms on ground floor.. Bedroom 2 occupied by male tennant. Bedroom 3 available. Ground floor has huge kitchen/diner/lounge space shared by all with access to neat garden shared by all. Neighbours are friendly. Parking is free on street but is popular with commuters. Waltham cross station is 2 minutes walk. Theobalds Grove station is 10 minutes walk. Waltham Cross bus terminal is 2 minutes walk. Loads of shopping nearby and easy access to A10, M25. Expectation is to keep the house clean and in good order, clear up after cooking and share dishwasher and washing machine courteously. We are just finishing some renovations but doesn’t directly effect the room.
