We are looking for ONE respectful professional who enjoys having a quiet , clean home.

We are looking for person who has good common sense when it comes to shared spaces (not leaving dishes, clothes or personal belongings lying around the communal areas).
-Is respectful of the other people living here especially when it comes to using the kitchen and also respect night time ;)

House is located just 10 minute walk from Cheshunt station and 3 min from high Street.

From Cheshunt station :
Express train to Liverpool street, so
just 20 min to central London
Train to Stratford, also just 20 min travel
And much more destinations like Stansted Airport, Waltham Cross, Tottenham hale, Enfield , Cambridge , Harlow etc

The room has large windows and blinds
Wardrobes and bedside cabinets, fridge, double bed , door with lock.
You can decorate the room however you want it.
It's a big sunny room in quiet house and safe neighborhood.

Just 3 of us living here, so the house is not crowded and it is quite , that's how we want to keep it. , Full time working from early hours professionals , calm and respectful.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, coffee machines , dining place.
Bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub.
We have a garden , storage rooms , loft , shed , clothes dryers.
Free parking front of the house.
