Our rooms are double in size but for single occupancy only and they are fully furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and orthopaedic double bed with under bed storage drawers.

Own en suite with wc, shower and basin.

The house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with storage space, large refrigerators, washing machine and tumble dryer (Coin operated)

There is a 42-inch HD 3D TV in the lounge with Freeview throughout and high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Lovely patio garden and a locked shed for bikes/storage and off-street parking. Our gardener maintains all outside areas. We provide a weekly cleaner to ensure all shared areas are to a good quality.

The area: the house is close to Waltham Cross station straight to Liverpool Street station and the bus station with all major routes covered.

The other tenants are all exceptionally wonderful who have been fully reference checked.

RATE: £795 per month - we pay all bills, including council tax.
