There is a delightful new downstairs bathroom extension to the house which you will share (most times) with one other person. The newly fitted kitchen will make cooking even more appealing and enjoyable. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a garden.

The area is a quiet residential area, a one way street with little traffic and very little noise. I am the owner of the house and reside at the property. Because I live at the house this means that any problems that arise for example, a domestic item needing replacement, will not take a long time to resolve. I am an easy going person who respects your right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property. Having previously lived in shared accommodation myself I understand the problems that might arise and know how to peacefully resolve conflicts.
