The house is situated only three minutes walk from Waltham Cross overground station and the Waltham Cross bus station and the main shopping complex, the pavillions (which has several banks, cash points, supermarkets, and smaller local grocery shops).

There is a delightful new downstairs bathroom extension to the house which you will share (most times) with one other person. The newly fitted kitchen will make cooking even more appealing and enjoyable. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a garden.

The area is a quiet residential area, a one way street with little traffic and very little noise. Yet at the same time it remains very well connected with excellent road and public transport links – 12 minutes train journey to the Victoria line at Tottenham hale; 30 minutes train journey to Liverpool Street station/Stratford.

I am the owner of the house and reside at the property. Because I live at the house this means that any problems that arise for example, a domestic item needing replacement, will not take a long time to resolve. I am an easy going person who respects your right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property. Having previously lived in shared accommodation myself I understand the problems that might arise and know how to peacefully resolve conflicts.

I am looking for an employed person; for a minimum of six months; ideally ongoing. A high level of good personal hygiene and general cleanliness is a must. Also positive and warm energy/persona/manners.
