Extra-Large Ensuite Double Bedroom

A huge beautifully furnished double bedroom loft conversion with a modern ensuite bathroom.

This room is incredibly spacious and boasts stunning views over Hertford and Ware. It comes fully furnished with plenty of storage, a wall-mounted TV, a mini fridge and optional games console. The room has excellent WiFi connection.

The house is a short walking distance (15 minutes depending on your speed!) to Ware town centre and train station, which provides direct access to London. There is free parking on our road.

We are a very friendly couple with a 3 year old and a baby (both of whom are very quiet!). We both teach locally and are looking for a tidy, respectful and approachable lodger for a medium to long term stay. We have 2 very affectionate indoor cats so be prepared for cuddles!

Our lodger would have access to the kitchen and garden (at specific agreed times), a drawer in the freezer and a drawer in the kitchen for their plates/cutlery/utensils. Due to having 2 children, our washing machine and tumble drier are constantly in use so we would prefer if you used an online laundry servicing website but are happy to discuss a specific day and time to use our own facilities in the house if this is not possible. All bills are included in the monthly rent.
