Friendly house in centre of Ware near station

This is a good sized bedroom furnished with a double bed, fridge, shelves and clothes rail. This is a really friendly house with some great people. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs.

The rent includes council tax, water and broadband internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one months notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats. You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord so there are no nightmares with useless agents and no extra fees. I am quick to respond to messages and always return deposits promptly.
