We are a live-in couple. Looking for someone friendly & social, but also enjoys their own space. Being clean, tidy & hygienic is very important.

The property
The property is a character cottage with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Open plan downstairs with kitchen, dining space and living room. Separate reception area, office & Courtyard garden.
We are less than 200 yards from the high street and a 5 minute walk to Ware train station with direct train links to Tottenham Hale, London Liverpool Street and Stratford. Also direct link to Hertford. We are within a short walking distance to hertford regional college & GSK. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes on our doorstep as well as local leisure centres, gym, lido. 3 supermarkets in walking distance (Tesco, Sainsbury’s local & Asda).
The bedroom
There is currently a double bed, bedside table, lighting, mirror, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Loft space available for tenants use.
Bathroom
The master has its own En-suite bathroom therefore the downstairs bathroom would be for the tenant. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet & sink.
Shared areas:
Kitchen and dining space will be shared with me and my partner.
Amenities
Access to fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, kitchen cupboard space, washing machine & dryer.
All bills included (wifi, tv license, council tax, electricity & gas etc.). Also includes a bi-weekly cleaner.

We have pretty active lives (both play sport). We have a busy work & social life and are often out/away most evenings & weekends.
