COUPLES WELCOME! This newly refurbished, ensuite double bedroom is in a friendly house, within a 15 minute walk of Ware town centre. There is a good size kitchen featuring electric stove, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer etc. There is full gas central heating throughout. All windows are double-glazed. The house has a garden with patio and garage. There is free parking on the road outside.

The rent includes council tax and water rates. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
