Comfortable double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, queen-size double bed (bedding supplied if needed), a comfy chair, rugs, side table with a lamp. Large bathroom with both bath and shower, sink and toilet. Use of an open planned living room and kitchen with all appliances - fridge freezer, washing machine. * There is no dryer, so washing needs to be dried at the local laundry dryer. The flat is situated in a private gated complex right next to Ware train station. There are visitor parking spaces available. Millacres is situated in the heart of Ware, close to all shops, buses, train station, restaurants, pubs, canal. I do have a dog, he's 15. He is small, quiet and sleeps most of the time. The dogwalker comes to walk him some days during the week. I am looking for someone professional or a full-time student who is considerate and relatively tidy.
