You’ll be sharing with the live-in owner (me!) and my small, elderly dog, he’s 15, very friendly, mostly deaf/blind, and sleeps a lot. He’s gentle, quiet, and won’t be bothering anyone except for the occasional request for a cuddle.

Ideal Tenant:
- A professional (no WFH)
- Clean, tidy, respectful
- Takes care of their own shopping: food, drinks, personal consumables

- Privacy: I do request that privacy is respected, so no video calls around the home, any video calls are for your room only.
