Lovely double room for a professional female

I have a lovely double bedroom available to rent for one person, in a four bedroom detached house in Ware, only a 1 minute walk from the high street, and about 8 minutes from the train station in to London.

The room has a double bed with storage underneath, and a large wardrobe with four built in drawers and additional storage at the top.

The house is in a great location, it was renovated recently, has driveway parking with an EV charger, a large living room / dining room, fully fitted kitchen, and modern garden.

£750 per month including all bills.

There is only myself living in the house most of the time, but my daughters stay over on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and then every other weekend. Because of this I am preferably looking for a professional female for the room.
