Large room, recently decorated in neutral colours. Furnishings include single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, desk and easy chair. House is a 3 bedroom Victorian semi, with garden. Share of kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garden. House is situated in a quiet road close to Ware town and station. Parking is on road. We have 2 pets, Florence the cat and Harry the dog, both friendly. We are looking for a female professional tenant who would fit in well with our household.
