The tenants of this house keep the house in a superb and clean condition. There are really friendly and often have dinner parties together and always offer their landlord a drink!

There is a large lounge with sofas. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and lots of fridges & freezers.
All the house is double glazed with full gas central heating.

The rent includes council tax, water and internet broadband. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats.
