This house a semi-detached house next to the town centre so is very convenient for both shopping and the train station. There is a large back garden laid to lawn and lots of parking at front of house.

This large double room is on the first floor and has a laminate wooden floor, double bed and shelves with clothes rail. The whole house is double glazed with a super efficient brand new gas boiler.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with two cookers, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, fridge, microwave etc.

The rent includes council tax, water 350MB broadband. Gas and electricity are shared and work out roughly around £40 per month.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to move and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses.
