ENORMOUS room in friendly house

The room is ENORMOUS with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and clothes rail. This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is a large kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and a gas fire in the lounge. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs and a garage for storing your bike.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and Internet.. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.

I own the house and you will be dealing directly with me so there are no extra agency fees.
