Double room in shared home

Ground floor double bedroom in shared home.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac and is only 15-20 minutes walk from Ware national rail station.
There is a large Lounge/ dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and garden all of which are shared.
My son Calum lives there and there are also currently 2 other males, however one of those will soon be replaced by the 17 year old daughter of one of the other housemates.
My sons, son, aged 5 (my grandson) also stays at the house some weekends.
I as the owner also have a room in the house but haven’t been staying there very much since the start of the pandemic.
Please be aware that my sons girlfriend has a cat that is at the house as well sometimes (in case of allergies etc)
