It is on Nascot Road WD17 which is off Langley Road. Near The Town Centre and 3 min walk to Watford Junction train station.

Bedroom has a single bed, cupboard, Chester draws, desk and chair.

Shared Use of Lounge/Diner with TV, Kitchen, Toilet sink shower bathroom and Broadband Internet.

Car Parking Space is available on the road for an additional cost for permit of £40 a year from the council

All mod coms are provided: Gas cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge / freezer and all bills are shared (Gas, electricity, water) which is roughly about £50 a month. Depending on usage.

The rent is £399 per month, 1 months deposit required and 1 months rent payable in advance.
