Double En Suite Bedroom avaible in Luxury House

Light and spacious double room with en suite private shower room available in friendly family home. It is my family home with my 2 young children. They are very well behaved and we have no pets. Downstairs there is 2 living rooms which gives the opportunity for some privacy away from the bedroom. Modern kitchen with dishwasher etc and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is one parking space available on the driveway and lots of visitor parking in the development. The house is walking distance to a small co-op and Italian restaurant. Abbots Langley is walkable or Watford and St Albans are both less than 20 minutes drive. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk which goes to Watford Junction station for fast trains into London Euston. The house wouldn't be suitable for parties or for larger groups of people regularly but is is a lovely warm and friendly space for someone who leads a more quiet home life.
