The living room is very spacious with a couch that converts into a sleeper for guests if needed, and extends into a dining area with a big dining table. The kitchen is compact, and fitted with fridge/ freezer, washing machine and small dishwasher. From the living/ dining room theres an extra door to the rear garden/ backyard where theres room for BBQs and also for onsite parking.

Bills not included and must be managed by tenant.
