Cosy Flat

Hi !

I am a live in landlady and have a fully furnished double bedroom with an ensuite that will be available from the 1st October.

The property is a flat. and it is a 7 minute walk to the Metropolitan line Station and about 20-25 mins walk to Watford Junction. Croxley Business Park is just down the Road (15mins walk approx) and again Watford General is also about 15 mins walk.

The location is very central with a major supermarket, doctors surgery all within walking distance. Watford Grammar for Boys, West Herts College and Westfield Academy are also nearby.

I can arrange to obtain a permit for street parking if need be.

I am a working professional and I work long hours on a shift based pattern.

I am pretty quiet and keep myself to myself.

On my days off I tend to spend time cooking or visiting friends.

I am looking for someone that is quiet, respectful and cleans up after themselves.
