Convenience shops and highstreet at the end of the road as well as large asda and sainsbury's walking distance. City centre a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Looking for someone considerate and clean that loves dogs, I have 2 adorable chihuahuas that don’t have access to the whole house but are the central energy of the house. Parking permit is available. Weekly cleaner for communal areas included in the rent as well as all bills.

I’m a really relaxed live in landlord but I am preferably looking for a girl, no couples and someone who will fit in well with the dynamic of the house.
