The whole street and surrounding area is free parking (no permits or bays)
The bedroom has plenty of storage, TV in the room (no aerial but Firestick)
Shared living room, dining room and kitchen
The family bathroom isn’t used (our room is en-suite) so the bathroom is personal to the room.
We have a cleaner come to the house for 2hrs per week (inc in rental fee).
I work in LDN and commute everyday and it’s easy.
We’re both very tidy and don’t smoke.
Garden is big enough to enjoy in good weather!
The street is quiet with Co-op & Tesco Express 5mins walk plus many, many takeaways. Closest pub is less than 5mins also!
