Bedroom To Let - Quiet Street & Parking

I am looking for the right person to share my home with. I am a live-in landlord, so compatibility, cleanliness and mutual respect are all very important factors to me.

My home is modern, clean and well located on the very quiet Cassiobury Estate in Watford. The house is a fully-furnished 4 bed-semi with a lovely 100 foot South facing garden. My children have all flown the nest so I have space to fill (They do pop back from time to time). I currently have a lodger who only spends ad-hoc occasional days in my home. He is happy to take the single or double room, so you can let me know if you have a preference on which room you would prefer to rent.

Both bedrooms overlook the rear garden and have a bed, sliding mirrored wardrobes, a desk & a chair.

Ideally, I would prefer a Mon-Fri stay only but will consider full time. £850 is the price for the double based on 7 days p/wk (£750 for the single room) but this will be adjusted accordingly depending on agreed room and number of days required.
