I am looking for someone trustworthy and respectful to share my home with. I work away a lot and stay with my boyfriend most of the rest of the time so you would have the place to yourself most of the rest of the time hence the higher price for rent for a “room”but am open to negotiation.

The room/house is furnished with and the house tidy and well taken care of so this house is ideal for someone who is tidy and appreciates a nice interior and sun trap garden.
Access to parking space, 15 min walk to Watford Junction station, 4 to Watford North. Sunny garden.
