I am looking for someone (or a couple) who are trustworthy and respectful to share my home with. I work away a lot and stay with my boyfriend most of the rest of the time so you would have the place to yourself a lot- hence the higher price for rent but am open to negotiation.
I can be be flexible with length of rental so if you have any questions on that feel free to get in touch.
The room/house is furnished with and the house tidy and well taken care of so this house is ideal for someone who is tidy and appreciates a nice interior and sun trap garden.
Access to parking space, 15 min walk to Watford Junction station, 4 to Watford North. Sunny garden.
