I'm looking for a quiet, clean and tidy female working professional for single occupancy only. Ideally, you'll work full-time outside the home Monday to Friday. Occasional working from home is fine, but this would best suit someone who is predominantly office or workplace based.

The Home

The property is a modern two-bedroom flat with a peaceful, minimal and comfortable feel.

You'll have use of the kitchen and private balcony, alongside your bedroom and private bathroom. Please note that this is a room-only arrangement and the living room is not included as a shared space.

You'll be sharing the property with the female live-in landlord and her young baby. It's a friendly but peaceful household, so I'm looking for someone who will be comfortable with this arrangement and treat the property with care.
