We have a double room to rent in this beautiful (3 bed 1 bath) semi-detached house with great street parking and a large garden in the lovely area of South Oxhey.
10 min walk to the local shops as well as the post office, taxi bank and train station(Carpenters Park on the Overground line). It is a 10 min drive to Watford town centre .There is bus stop just a few yards away from the home, which will take you to Watford and Northwood.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a office table, a chest of drawers and a television. There is wireless broadband in the house for your enjoyment. The room has great lighting might I add.
Viewing and questions are welcome. Currently 2 housemates(1 male 1female) are looking for a third one. We are easy going here, once you move it's your home.

Must be comfortable with pets as this home, as we have a cat and a kitten.
