We have a bedroom available to rent in North Watford

Bedroom 1
Has a large double with lots of good storage space in a wall to wall cupboard. It has its own large bathroom on the same floor. Although the bathroom and bedroom are not connected, you will have exclusive use of the bathroom.

Bedroom 2
This is the smallest of the rooms but still has a double bed with dressing table and walk in wardrobe. This has an en-suite with sink/toilet/bath and overhead shower but please note that it is all quite small.

Bedroom 3
This is the larger of the two en-suite rooms with a double bed, and 2 wardrobes plus a chest of drawers. This room also has its own en suite with toilet and shower.

There are 3 other bedrooms each with their own bathroom and all occupied by young professional females so we will give preference to females as I think this will be a good fit.

Kitchen and living room
The kitchen is shared among all tenants and has cupboards and 2 large fridges. There is also further storage under the stairs and in the conservatory. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The kitchen leads into a little lounge/dining area which has a TV, sofa and dining area.

Patio
There is a decked area out the back with outside tables and a BBQ. A nice place to catch some sun.

The property will be available from 1st Dec.

The rent includes all bills.
