Large and spacious double bed room

We are a couple and both professionals. We are a nurse at the hospital and a Lecturer at the University. We are looking for a tenant who is professional too.

The property is a 3 bedroom, semi-detached and newly build. In addition, the whole house is recently been painted. Hence, the room is spotless. There are two toilets (one is on the ground floor and another on the first floor) but a single bathroom. We have a wide common room, spacious kitchen, and also a separate dining area. The common room is equipped with comfortable sofas and wide-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with all the essentials like a stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge, etc. And the dining area has a dining table and chairs. Tenants can access the kitchen, common room, and dining room seamlessly.

Bills + internet + Coucil tax is 100 GBP per month
