5* room with own bathroom and FREE gym in Watford

Hello,
My name Anna and I own this really tidy, neat 2-bedroom flat in a leafy, green and safe area of Watford called Nascot Wood.

The flat comprises of 2 bedrooms. The other bedroom has got its own en-suit, and there is another full bathroom, which will be fully yours (you won’t have to share it with anyone else).

The flat is super quiet and tranquil, with a fountain and a little water place outside the windows, which attracts ducks and storks sometimes.

The rooms is relatively small (around 9sq m) and comes with everything you need, the bed sheets, feather pillows and a feather duvet, a desk and a chair, and I can also provide you with the towels if needed.

There is a lock on the room’s door.

There is a FREE gym downstairs in the basement in the same building, and a bike storage room.

The living room is equipped with everything you may need, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, cutlery, dishes, mugs etc. There is a big full sized fridge with a freezer. A Smeg coffee machine and a kettle.

The flat has got a “homey” feel with the house plants, nice finishing touches and attention to detail.
I live nearby (a 10-min walk) and will be available 24/7 to help with anything. I am very organised and friendly and will make sure you enjoy your stay.

What I am ideally looking for:

- a single occupancy, 1 female or 1 man

- strictly non-smokers

- someone tidy and neat.
