🛏 The bedroom comes with chest of drawers, double bed and mattress, mirrored wardrobe and a tv point. There is a desk and chair and a large double glazing window to the front.

🛀 You would be sharing the house bathroom with just one other person, as two of the bedrooms have their own full en-suites.

📺 There is a separate LARGE COMMUNAL LOUNGE/DINER with stripped floors and a feature cast iron fireplace. There are two large black sofas, a large flat screen tv and dining table and chairs.

👩‍🍳 The kitchen has beautiful black granite worktops and has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and fridge.

🚙 Parking is on street and permit controlled. A permit is available for purchase separately via the council.

🌳 ☀️ There is a long, south facing (i. e. sunny!) landscaped GARDEN with beautiful borders with rattan seating.
