Hello,
My name Anna and I own this really tidy, neat 2-bedroom flat in a leafy, green and safe area of Watford called Nascot Wood.

The flat comprises of 2 bedrooms.

The flat is super quiet and tranquil, with a fountain and a little water place outside the windows, which attracts ducks and storks sometimes.

The room is spacious and airy, and comes with everything you need, the bed sheets, feather pillows and a feather duvet, a desk and a chair (not pictured), and I can also provide you with the towels if needed.

There is a lock on the room’s door.

There is a FREE gym downstairs in the basement in the same building, and a bike storage room.

The living room is equipped with everything you may need, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, cutlery, dishes, mugs etc. There is a big full sized fridge with a freezer. A Smeg coffee machine and a kettle.

The flat has got a “homey” feel with the house plants, nice finishing touches and decor.

What I am ideally looking for:

- a single occupancy, 1 female

- strictly non-smokers

- someone tidy and neat

For the clothes storage there is a clothes rail in the room. Sorry there is NO wardrobe.
