Hi there, I have a choice of two rooms to select from (please note from the pics, the room needs to be set up).

Looking for a professional preferably, hospital worker ideally who has an enhanced DBS check.

I have a young child and I am a professional, reference checks is a must.

Happy to cater short or long term let's.

You must be clean and tidy after yourself.

We are a quiet home. There is a garden and parking on the road. Great location, easy and walkable access between three train stations and close to Watford general hospital.

Professional preferred, no couples.
