DOUBLE bedroom in sought after area. Close to town centre with adjoining bathroom in spacious detached house( 4 bedrooms). Ideal for a single professional person must be tidy, honest, reliable, polite and professional to share with owner and daughter.
It’s our family home so we don’t allow guests to visit. Someone ideally who’s out and about alot but just needs a base. 8 mins drive to Watford junction or Met station and 18 min walk to Watford town centre . Bus stop a simple walk away.. 2 person household so very quiet and calm. .
Needs to be comfortable with small dog. The bathroom is next to bedroom and only shared if visitor staying, otherwise not shared.
Available after end of April 26. No Parking on drive way. RENTAL reduced in Exchange for help dog walking. The Grove hotel is 10 mins and ideal for those who work there.
