Double Room in cosy, sociable female house share

Hey potential housemate, Meg, Iren and Maya here! We are looking for someone to fill this lovely, spacious double room in our friendly house share.

We are 3 female working professionals and are all super chilled - our house definitely feels like a home! We love to have a catch up over dinner of an evening if we're free but equally respect each other's space if it's been a long day, and we love to plan little outings on the occasional weekend - bottomless brunch, pottery painting or just a wholesome trip to the pub. We are looking for someone who will fit in to this calm, sociable vibe.

Your room is the only downstairs bedroom so you will pretty much have sole use of the downstairs bathroom (not technically an en suite as it is through the kitchen, but the downstairs shower is all yours!). It is a very spacious, light and airy room fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is plenty of parking on the roads around the house if you drive - no permit needed. It can sometimes be busy but there is always space. We are just off St Albans Rd - which has plenty of shops, eateries, bus stops etc. 15 min walk from Watford junction (can get to Euston easily from there)
