Double room in Bushey Village

Spacious double room with a feature fireplace to let.

Good sized living and dining room. Good seized bathroom (slightly outdated but im working on it).

Comes with a friendly Jack Russell dog, Niko. He'll take you out to the parks/woods/fields. Never says no to walkie walkie or snacks. Loves a cuddle.

The house has a very long garden with different sections, mostly a jungle. Lots of trees, shrubs and flowers. Birds chirping and that's about it, Niko keeps the cats and foxes away. No rats or mice unlike London.

I work in emergency services (shifts), originally from Poland. Speak French and Spanish, bonus points if you speak it too. Happy to have drinks/food/cook together, bit minimalistic and like cleanliness but not OCD.

Ideally looking for another professional.
Male/female/straight/gay.
Would consider a pet.
Smoking ok but outside only.
No drugs/cannabis users.

The house is in a conservation area called Oxhey Village, very traditional feel and no new builds/high rises. The area is full of character and is well maintained. Lovely neighbours, everyone seems to have a dog, if you go walkies you'll meet them all.
Only moved here recently and still discovering the area.
Safe location, CCTV covers front of the house and entrance.
