We can agree about its sole usage if someone has a preference to not share it.

It is conveniently located 5-6 min walk to Watford Metropolitan line station and close to the beautiful Cassiobury Park.

I am looking for professionals of any gender to share the house with me who would respect the place and keep it neat.

The entire house is newly refurbished so anyone who moves in would enjoy a new kitchen with all new appliances etc.

It comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, grill, coffee maker, quooker tap (instant hot and filtered drinking water)

I am in the process of getting made to measure fitted wardrobe in the room and it should be installed within 2-3 weeks,.
