Ensuite room in a lovely house next to WB studios

Ensuite room in a spacious 3 bedroom well maintained house in Leavesden. The house is less than a mile from the WB studios. Well connected via public transport both towards Watford Junction and Hemel Hempstead. Leavesden is a nicer neighbourhood in Watford, safer, with lots of green spaces and walkways.

The house is in a residential area with walkable access to daily amenities, cafes, department stores etc. Amenities include: closed garage and driveway parking, large garden and super high speed internet. The room is a double ensuite, well illuminated, with a large wardrobe, double bed and a study.

I am an IT professional, working from home 3 days a week. I use the other 2 bedrooms, one as a study. So, there are basically 2 occupiers only. Pretty used to shared spaces, tidy, keep to myself, reading, cooking. A guitarist and a flautist over the weekends (can connect to headsets if that is a bother). I enjoy hanging out to watch movies, take a stroll in the park, host friends, coffee conversations, concerts etc. Not a party person and prefer keeping noise to minimal.

The house is ideally suited for someone working around Watford or working from home with commute to London.

Please note: The house is being currently repainted. Visits can be organised over the weekend. the room will be ready for occupation from mid November.
