We are a small family seeking a clean and friendly working professional or student. Ideally female and somone who doesn't eat any pork and halal only poultry and kindly no alcohol. The house is a spacious and modern home with all appliances including American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, large garden and down stairs bathroom - main bathroom on the first floor.

The location is highly convenient for professionals, offering excellent transportation links to the M1 and M25, both just a 5-minute drive away. Watford Junction is a short 10-minute walk, while Watford Met Tube is a 15-minute stroll.
