A bright and spacious (unfurnished, see below) double bedroom with a private ensuite is available for rent in a well-maintained flat (£800 rent + £150 bills approximately). The room features a large built-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink for your exclusive use.

The flat includes a generous kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a laundry room, all of which you’ll share with me.

I’m a friendly professional who has been living here for the past year. My current flatmate, who is also a friend, is moving away (friend is selling furniture, ask me), and I’m looking for someone similar to share the space with me.

I value a clean and calm home environment and enjoy relaxed evenings after work. While I enjoy socializing and meeting new people, I also appreciate (a lot!) having quiet downtime at home. I love the multicultural aspect of living in London and hope to build a friendly dynamic with my future flatmate. Flat will be available 22nd of January but could have a bit of flexibility.

Well connected - 10 min walk away from the Watford tube station and 25 min walk to Watford junction train station.
