Home Share - low quality property in town

Hey the property is in low quality condition as I repair inorove and maintain everything.
The price won't go up once I'm done.

Electricity working, lots of plug sockets for charging and appliances.

Bathroom clean and everything working and modern.

Kitchen, it is not in great condition but the oven works and it is part of the property that is being improved and furnished. I have a lot of work to do and I won't be refurbishing the kitchen for at least six months.

Living room, I have started painting the living room the flooring will be improved and replaced from carpet to wood after Christmas.

New appliances will be purchased and installed over time I have a new fridge freezer arriving in two weeks.

The room is a large single room with windows, it can be repainted before the move in happens.

The front door is in bad condition it is secure and safe and I have no problems with safety or security but as I was once locked out there is a piece of wood securely fixed over part of the door. It looks really bad but it is safe and secure.

I can guarantee the safety and security of all of your possessions, I am working in London and Hertfordshire as a construction operative or I work from home as a digital media developer/ CBD.

I am friendly and outgoing, I like to socialise

It's a very large one bedroom flat and I have a bed pod coming that gives me privacy for my own sleeping area in a section of the property leaving the rest of the the very large living room available to be shared.

I'm on my laptop most days or gaming on oubg mobile or I'm at the gym.

The property has cameras on both the front and back entrance to the building.

There is a bed you can have if you want, I'm flexible

I do not have guests or viaitors, very rare

I plan on buying a cat but I also want to be buy some baby lizards and a fish tank but first I have to finish refurbishment so the place looks beautiful as it is currently a little bit out dated....

I am being honest and open, I hope whoever lives with me is cool; I'm laid back and sociable I respect privacy and this is a clean no drug no parties no problems home. It's my home and it is where I live
