Hello , I am looking for someone to share my house with . I have a son , he is 6 years old . It’s just us in the house , and we’re looking for a nice person to live in the room downstairs . The house is right next to Watford Junction station , so very well connected in terms of transportation, 10 min away from Watford High street . The house is not big , but it’s clean , tidy and quiet . Just a heads up , the house is split in two levels : on the ground it’s the kitchen bathroom living room and my room , and underneath it’s the room I’m renting !
