A bright and spacious double room is available to rent in our peaceful home in the sought-after Cassiobury area of Watford. Located just moments from beautiful Cassiobury Park and a short walk to Watford Metropolitan Line Station, this location offers both green space, ample parking and excellent transport links. Watford Junction is also nearby, with fast trains reaching Euston in around 20 minutes.

The photos show the room semi-furnished but it will be fully furnished with double bed, bedside tables, lamp, desk and chair (optional), small sofa, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This will create a comfortable and self-contained living space.

You’ll have full access to a modern kitchen. The kitchen is the only shared indoor space, along with use of our large garden, which you’re very welcome to enjoy. The property also features a shared bathroom with both bath and shower, plus a separate toilet room for convenience.

The rent includes all bills, including ultrafast Virgin Media broadband with a strong signal throughout the house.

The kitchen is available for your use, though it’s best suited to someone who keeps things simple when it comes to cooking.

This setup is not suitable for someone who works from home, as we’re looking for someone who is generally out during the day.

You’ll be sharing with Sean and Aoife, a professional married couple in their early 30s, and their very friendly golden cockapoo. We’re looking for someone quiet, tidy, and respectful, who’s comfortable living with a dog. This is a room rental, not a house share – ideal for someone who enjoys their own space and is looking for a calm, well-kept home environment.
